Taking the measures for your cavesson
In case you are not sure which size of cavesson is ideal for your horse or if you need a very small/big size, you can give us the measurements of your horse´s head as shown above:
green: circumference of the horse´s nose - mesaured half way between the mouth and the crista facialis.
red: neck strap - measured from the height of the noseband up across the neck and down to the same position on the other side of the horse´s head.
blue: cheek strap - mesaured from the neck strap (from a position slightly below the horsre´s eye) around the cheeks to the other side of the horse´s head, to the corresponding point on the neck strap.
